Greetings from the RV Capital of the World. The National barometer for a robust or hurting economy begins or ends in Northern Indiana. We are historically the first to bounce back or the first to fall financially. The rest of the U.S. takes about 6 months to follow what Elkhart was previously experiencing.
So in the end of February of 2023, how are things going? A few ways to check is first looking at the employee parking lot-a full lot indicates a market still humming along. Secondly looking at RV transport storage lots whether they are full or empty---full is great news, empty is the opposite.
I am traveling the area today since my company has me hustling around Elkhart, Lagrange and northern Kosciusko county serving my customers...I will also put on MY SNOOP SPECS...whether the manufacturers have a Walmart parking lot on Black Friday look or not? Also the transportation yards which are everywhere have the need for 24 hour security or just a padlock on their gate.
